Avvai Tamil Sangam has celebrated Pongal festival in a grand manner on 6th January 2013. The notable point is, the thing that used to take place decades ago in Tamil Nadu, all tamilians assembled in one place and prepared Pongal and did Sankaranti puja. This programme is going to be telecast in DD Podigai on 09.02.2013 at 12.30 hrs.
