'கொஞ்சம் சோறு சாப்பிடும்மா... சாக்லெட் வாங்கித் தரேன்', ''கொஞ்சம் கீரை சாப்பிடும்மா... 'குர்குரே' வாங்கித் தரேன்'' என்று ஆசை காட்டி சாப்பிட வைப்பது, அம்மாக்கள் செய்யும் தவறு. அது, 'இந்த சோற்றையும் கீரையையும் கஷ்டப்பட்டு (!) சாப்பிட்டுட்டா... சாக்லெட், ஸ்நாக் இதெல்லாம் கிடைக்கும்!' என குழந்தைகளுக்கு உணவின் மீது இன்னும் சலிப்பையும், நொறுக்குத் தீனியின் மீது இன்னும் ஆசையையும் விதைக்கும்!.

பொருள்:
தான் கெட்டாலும் தக்கார்க்குக் கேடு செய்ய எண்ணாதிருப்பாயாக! தனது உடலில் உள்ள சதை முழுதும் பசியால் உலர்வதானாலும், உண்ணத்தகாதவரிடத்து உணவை உண்ணாதிருப்பாயாக! வானம் மூடிய இந்த உலகம் எல்லாம் பெறுவதாயினும் பொய் கலந்த சொற்களைச் சொல்லாதிருப்பாயாக!
